Community rentals are available on a space and personnel available basis from July 1-May 30. At present, the theatre is not reserved during June. School and community collaboration events take precedence over other events.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION REQUEST:
Use one of the links below to complete your request. If you represent a community organization, you will need to complete an attached usage form and send it, along with a copy of your liability insurance policy, to Bo List, Director of the Arts. Please note that your request is not a reservation; you should receive a response within one week of your request with either a confirmation or an explanation of why your reservation cannot be completed.
All reservation requests must be approved by the Danville Schools Board of Education, and therefore should be submitted 60 days in advance, in order to be approved before the event is scheduled to take place.

Also, please take care to send the enclosed usage form and insurance document to the Director of the Arts, as instructed. Reservations without these required forms are incomplete and will not be processed.
