Gravely Hall Performing Arts Center Rental Policy
Community rentals are available on a space and personnel available basis from August 1st – June 30th. School and community collaboration events take precedence over other events. We accept community reservation requests as follows.
New requests for Aug. 1 – Nov. 1 Beginning March 1
New requests for Nov. 2 – Feb. 1 Beginning June 15
New requests for Feb. 2 – June 30 Beginning Aug. 30
Please make all requests in writing to jane.dewey@danville.kyschools.us. Community rentals are confirmed with a signed contract from both parties. Written requests will be responded to within 7 days of the request. The Gravely Hall Performing Arts Center is closed during school breaks and major holidays. It may be possible to schedule an event during the month of July when the Gravely Hall Performing Arts Center is generally closed. Please contact the Director of Arts Education, jane.dewey@danville.kyschools.us with that and any other questions.
