Shelli Engler

Hello! I’m Shelli Engler, and I am super excited to start my second year in the Danville Independent School District! The 2023-24 school year is also my 25th year as an educator. I grew up in Kentucky, moved to many places (including Germany and Alaska), and returned to make Kentucky home.

My husband, Don, is a talented commercial artist, and we have two sons and an awesome granddaughter.

I am thrilled about the possibilities and new experiences in the DISD!

Chelcy Sullivan

Hi! I am Chelcy Sullivan. Prior to the 2023-24 school year, I taught math for the past five years, and I am excited to now be a gifted and talented teacher for Danville Independent Schools!  I have a bachelors degree in pre-veterinary medicine and agriculture, as well as a masters degree in teaching and gifted and talented education. I enjoy spending time on the farm with my husband Cory and our 6-year-old daughter, Kala, and 1-year-old son, Kohen. We also have chickens, horses, and Great Danes.

I am looking forward to learning many new and exciting things in the Danville Independent School District!
