Kentucky Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT)

Summer EBT is intended to work together with summer meals to replace the loss of access to school meals when school is out of session, particularly among children eligible for free and reduced-price school meals during the school year. 

Families of KY students eligible for Summer EBT will have to apply to receive the $120 grocery purchasing benefit per child through Summer EBT the summer of 2025.
