Other business from the meeting

The Board of Education unanimously approved raising tuition costs for preschool. This will not impact students with disabilities or students with household income that meets federal income guidelines.

The tuition rates are raising from $48 per week for half days and $90 per week for full days to $55 per week for half days and $100 per week for full days. Chief Finance Officer Nic Senak said during the meeting that this is still considerably lower than rates in surrounding school districts and that tuition costs go toward salaries of bus drivers/monitors.
