Jennie Rogers STLP Teams Compete At State

The Cougar News- These students worked before and after school with their PBL group to create a school newspaper and website. 
 
JR Game Makers- These students worked after school during STLP meetings.  They created an online request for teachers who needed games for their Mimios and SmartBoards.  The students researched the topics and made games for the teacher to use.
 
In the fall, these students competed in the STLP Regional Showcase.  Both teams WOWed the judges and placed to compete at the state level.
 
On Thursday, March 22, the teams traveled to Rupp Arena to compete along with 500 other showcase projects at State.  Both teams did an amazing job!  They presented to a group of judges, explaining about their project and how they collaborated and used creative thinking skills and technology to impliment their project. 
 
 Everyone did an AMAZING job and should be very proud of themselves!  WAY TO GO COUGARS!!
