DHS presents Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

"Be our Guest” as Danville High School presents the timeless tale Beauty and the Beast Thursday April 19th- Saturday April 21st. Sing along with our talented all high school student cast as they portray all of your favorite characters at the Gravely Hall Performing Arts Center located in Danville High School.

 
Beauty and the Beast
is a “tale as old as time” about an enchanted castle and the blossoming of a magical rose. Laugh and cry as beautiful but odd Belle learns to love and the castle’s beast learns to be loved. With the animated film’s treasured songs like “Be our Guest” and “Something There,” the whole family will be sure to recognize the beloved tale. 

Tickets are available forBeauty and the Beast at the door or in the Danville High School office beginning Thursday April 12thfrom 8:15- 3:15pm. Adult admission is $7 and student/senior citizen admission is $5.

 

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast was created by Linda Woolverton with music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman & Tim Rice. The play was originally directed by Robert Jess Roth and originally produced by Disney Theatrical Productions. Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
