It is my pleasure to welcome you to the beginning of another great year at Toliver Elementary. The year holds many opportunities of learning for your child. You, along with the Toliver staff, hold the keys to the success of your children.  Those keys are loving attitudes, caring connections, engaging learning, and positive experiences.  Turn the keys to open the floodgates for learning.
