The Aquarium Cafe at Hogsett Elementary welcomes your student to enjoy their breakfast and lunch in a festive and fun atmosphere. Ms. Patty (Patty Taylor), oversees the cafeteria with Ms. Connie, Ms. Annette, Ms. Sue and monitor, Ms. Karen in preparing and serving a nutritious and student inspired menu daily. A students may choose from several options including a salad bar for intermediate grades on Tuesday through Friday. All students may select from a variety of sandwiches if the offered daily menu does not meet their individual taste.
Our school district is taking part in a pilot project called the Community Eligibility Option (CEO). Our participation means that ALL children at Hogsett, regardless of family income, will receive breakfast and lunch at NO charge. This program is being offered only to Hogsett students for the school year 2012-2013, and we are hopeful that other schools might also eventually qualify if the pilot continues.
Adults are still able to purchase their breakfast and lunch at the prices listed below.
