Welcome to the Danville Schools Technology Helpdesk. Before submitting a ticket, please go through the following steps:

1)      Make sure all cords are plugged in nice and snug.

2)      Restart your computer and see if that fixes the problem.

3)      If your projector won’t work try unplugging it and waiting five minutes. Many times the projector is just locked and this will fix it.

4)      Have a colleague look at your problem to see if they have a quick fix.

When submitting a ticket enter as much detail as possible. Click here to submit a ticket.

Once a ticket has been submitted it will go to the district technicians as well as the building level TRT (if one exists in your building). You will receive notices via email as the ticket is updated or when it is closed.
