Former Innovation Policy Expert for Hillary Clinton to Video Chat with Danville High School Students

(DANVILLE, Ky.–) Alec Ross, former Senior Advisor for Innovation to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, will speak to over 400 students from Danville High School at 1:45 p.m. this Thursday, April 28 via video chat.
 
Ross will explore tenets from his recent book, “The Industries of the Future,” which describes the tasks and skills that will drive the next generation’s global economy. He will also answer questions from students about pathways, blended learning, and robotics.
 
“As we prepare every student in the Danville Schools for a future yet defined, we are both honored and thrilled to introduce them to America’s leading expert on innovation. Alec is one of the top minds in the country on technology, commerce, data, cybersecurity, and more – and he started as a middle school teacher,” Superintendent Keith Look, Ed.D. said.
