ADVANCED MARKETING CO-OP Grade level: 12 Credits: 1-3

This course is designed for senior students who are able to leave school early to work at a part-time job.  The student will report to class each day for independent study assignments before reporting to work. The student must obtain a job before the school year begins and maintain the job throughout the co-op period. The student will be paid for their work unless they choose to work in an apprentice, internship, or job shadowing setting.  The marketing teacher will visit the student on their job throughout each nine weeks. Their employer and marketing teacher will assign a grade for student’s work. Students who are enrolled in another marketing class during their senior year may also get permission to co-op.
