                Intersession Course Registration Form

• Determine if you will be taking classes on-campus or job shadowing / internship activities off-campus.

• If you hope to participate in off-campus activities, complete the Off-Campus Student Intersession Contract and the Educational Enhancement Opportunity Form and submit both to the Guidance Office by January 11th.

• If you will be taking classes on-campus, select 8 courses you would like to take during Intersession and rank them in order of preference.

• Make sure all contact information is correct and submit your registration.
