Description: 

Students will review AP Biology Curriculum and do a Sample AP Biology Exam Items; Two AP Biology Labs will be completed: Electrophoresis and Dissolved Oxygen and Primary Productivity. The electrophoresis lab involves using gel electrophoresis equipment to analyze fragments of DNA. The primary productivity lab will use measurements of dissolved oxygen to analyze oxygen concentrations in water samples taken before and after incubation.
