I am a graduate of Danville High School and in the fall of 1990 I returned to my alma mater to teach special education classes.  I taught at Lincoln County and Boyle County the five and ˝ years prior to returning to my roots.

I taught at DHS until the spring semester of 2004 when I began my current position as a consultant to all schools in the Danville Independent system.  I work at all three elementary schools, middle school, high school, day treatment program and woodlawn children’s campus.

My  current duties included but are not limited to completing educational evaluations, consult on students with academic and behavioral needs, chair ARC meetings, mentor new special education teachers, help in the development of behavior plans for students with difficult behaviors and consult where needed.

I my spare time I am an assistant coach with the Danville High School Forensics team.
