DHS Forensics Starts Season Strong

Danville High School’s reigning state champion forensics (competitive speech and debate) team has started the season off strong with impressive showings at the first two tournaments. On Saturday, the full team competed at North Oldham High School, taking first in the overall team sweepstakes based on the combined scores of its members. Dancing With the Danville Stars Raises over $18,000

Bate Students Participate in Dramatic Exercises Programming

Bate Middle School students received a visit from Andrew Harris last week to participate in a dramatic exercises learning experience. The exercise, provided through the Bearing Witness educational program that brought holocaust survivors to the school last year, is intended to help students begin to express understanding beyond the written word.   READ MORE...
