DHS Academic Team Wins District Championship

The Danville High School Academic Team won its 11th consecutive District Quick Recall Championship this past weekend. The team went undefeated in tournament play! Elementary Re-Design Input Needed

The next task of the Danville Schools Elementary Re-Design is to assist RossTarrant architects in the design of Toliver Elementary School, which will serve grades 2 through 5 beginning the fall of 2017. On Tuesday, 27 January 2015, RossTarrant will host a series of focus group conversations, ranging from school guidance counselors to teachers of 5th grade. Each identified group will discuss with RossTarrant relevant needs, wants, and considerations for them to input into their drafting of a new school design. Your input is critical. The community focus group with the architects, which is open to all, is scheduled for: Tuesday, January 27 at 6:30 pm in the Danville High School Flex Room (room above the library). Bate Academic Team Wins District Championship

Vote for our students, KEEP IT REAL

Members of the Danville High School Speech 3 class created commercials warning teens not to drink underage for the Keep It Real campaign last month. Those commercials as well as others from schools across Kentucky are now online until 1/23.
